The Embassy of P.R.C. to the Republic of South Sudancan authenticate the signature and stampfrom Ministry of Foreign Affairsand International Cooperationof Republic of South Sudan.

Requirements

1.One LegalizationApplication Form which is completely filled

2.The documents and copy of all the documents to be authenticated(including the Verbal Notefrom Ministry of Foreign Affairsand International Cooperationof Republic of South Sudan.)

3.Photocopy of the applicant's passport or ID card. In case of business license authentication, a photocopy of the company's legal person's passport or ID card is required.

4.If you have entrusted someone else to apply for legalization on your behalf, the entrustee must provide his or her valid passport and a photocopy of the passport, as well as a photocopy of your passport; if the entrustee is a company or an organization, itis also required to provide a letter ofauthorization to the person who hands in the application at the consular office
